Weekends are necessary for us to relax and recharge. Yet, often it can slip away in a blur of chores, errands, and unfinished work. Noticing that I seemed to always be on the go, I started prioritizing my “me time”. Here’s some best practices I use to maximize my stress-free time over the weekend and return to the week feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Plan
I’ve found that a little planning goes a long way in maximizing my weekend relaxation. On Friday evening, I take a few minutes to list out any tasks or errands I need to get done. By scheduling these early on Saturday, I free up the rest of my weekend for pure relaxation.
